Harlow

Harlow was rescued from the San Bernardino shelter. She had just had a puppy and was intensely afraid of people. This young chiluahuah ended up becoming a foster fail with her new mom and chiluahuah siblings. She isn't afraid of people anymore and follows her mom all around the house!
